That is "the other end" of the webservice...

Thanks for the reply.

I normally use the webservice explorer to quickly test a webservice. However, there are a number of things that you cannot do with the webservice explorer.

1. You cannot debug the code.
2. It is not easy to work with services that require SSL certificates or person certificates.

... and I want to write the code to _call_ a webservice (e.i. the webservice client) to be part of my own application. So instead of just using the webservice explorer to see if I can get through to a webservice, I want to write the code to consume the webservice - it is basically the same task that the webservice exploerer does on an ad hoc basis.
